Turrón de Doña Pepa

Turrón de Doña Pepa refers a very popular and traditional dessert from Peru which is especially prepared during the "Señor de los Milagros" religious celebrations in October. It is flour dough with margarine, yolks, salt and anise that is baked. The baked layers of anise cookie are then bathed with cane syrup called Chancaca and topped with caramels and colorful candies.

Turşu

Tur?u refers to a Turkish pickle made with brine, often with the addition of garlic. It is usually enjoyed as an appetizer. It is made with a large variety of vegetables, from cucumber to courgette. In the towns on the Aegean coast, the water of Tur?u is consumed as a drink.

Tuscan Prosciutto Crudo is made exclusively with pigs born, bred, fattened and slaughtered in Tuscany and cured with sea salt, pepper and aromatic herbs. The ham’s flavor is said to be subtly enhanced by the unmistakable fragrances of Tuscany.
