Készételek

Készételek is the Hungarian word for "ready-made dishes" , usually foods in cans, frozen ready to cook dishes.

Kenyér

Kenyér is the Hungarian word for "Bread", as in Bundás Kenyér (Hungarian toast), Langos is Hungarian fried bread sometimes called Hungarian pizza. It is a favorite street and fair food; Kalacs is Hungarian sweet bread, usually braided. It is good served with tea or coffee and best with warm chocolate milk

Khichadi

Khichadi refers to the Indian mildly spiced rice and Daal preparation. Khichadi is popularly made when you want to eat a light meal, when suffering from a stomach disorder since it is not only nutritive but can be easily digested.

Koefa

Koefa refers to Iceland's simmered meat generally lamb, occasionally veal which are ground then packed into a loaf mold with some of the broth. The jelled chilled loaf is sliced to serve.

Kashk O Bademjan

Kashk O Bademjan refers to Greece's grilled eggplants mixed with Kashk. Kashk is an essential part of many Iranian, Afghan, Arab, and Kurdish dishes such as Kashk o Bademjan, and various types of Aash (Iranian thick soups ) like Aash Reshteh. It is a little bit salty so most dishes made with Kashk should be less salty than normal to balance the taste.

Kitir Patlican

Kitir Patlican or crispy eggplant refers to a Turkish dish made of crispy fried eggplant. KITIR PATLICAN Crispy eggplant 2 Orta boy patlican 2 medium eggplants 1 Demet maydanoz. 1 bunch of parsley. Yarim kahve fincani tuz Half a cup of salt 1 Bardak zeytinyagi 1 cup olive oil 2 Yumurta 2 eggs 1 Yumurta 1 egg 2 Kahve fincani un 2 coffee cups flour 1 Bardak beyaz peynir 1 cup feta cheese 2 Kahve fincani nisasta. 2 Coffee cup starch. Patlicanlarin kabuklarini soyduktan sonra bunlari biçak sirti inceliginde yan yana dograyin ve üzerlerine tuz serperek yarim saat kadar bu sekilde birakin.
