Pambazo is a traditional Mexican sandwich made with a distinctive white Bread roll that is dipped in a red guajillo chile sauce, then filled with a variety of ingredients, most commonly potatoes and chorizo. After being stuffed, the bread is lightly fried, giving the sandwich a crispy, flavourful exterior while keeping the inside soft and savoury. Pambazo is a popular street food in Mexico, especially in regions like Mexico City and Veracruz, and is often enjoyed as a snack or meal.
Pan Bimbo or Bimbo Bread refers to the main Mexican white bread.
During the earlier times, Tortillas was the main food of the Mexicans, today, however, many Mexicans have already changed their diet from Tortilla to sliced, wheat-based white bread mostly like those which are consumed in North America. In Mexico this white bread is called Pan Bimbo or bimbo Bread.

Pan Gravy refers to a kind of sauce made by adding liquid, thickening and seasoning the natural juices (juices of poultry or meat) resulting from cooking meat. It is made in a pan in which the meat or poultry was cooked. Pan Gravy is usually added to mashed potatoes, as in Mashed Potatoes and Gravy dish.
