Taslik

Taslik refers to a Turkish dish made of thin sliced gizzards cooked with chopped green peppers and tomatoes; looking like the classic Menemen, but the the cooked dark gizzards are used in place of the eggs. Taslik can be served as a main dish. In the Philippines, we also eat and served chicken gizzard cooked Adobo style together with chicken liver. When cleaned and cooked properly, gizzard is a delicious alternative to meat.

Truite arc-en-ciel

Truite arc-en-ciel is the French for "Rainbow Trout", a kind of fish. Its Latin name is "Onchorynchus mykiss" and comes from family Salmonidae, Rainbow Trout is one of the most beautiful fish to catch, it has iridiscent pinkish markings on its side. Arc en ciel is native to North America, but it has able to acclimatize to European rivers, but in Europe they are mostly farmed. Truite arc-en-ciel is also called Arc en ciel.

Tart Cherry

Tart Cherry is a variety of cherry which is sometimes called Sour cherry or Pie Cherry. Tart cherries are best known as the key ingredient in desserts and jams/marmalades. They are also delicious in main courses, salads, jams and jellies, and beverages. Tart cherries are seldom sold fresh in local grocery store. They are harvested in July and often frozen, canned, or dried for use throughout the year.
