Tamiya (Ta'amiya) is an Egyptian dish of cooked mashed beans formed into small cakes and deep-fried then served as they are or, more usually, with spicy condiments.

Tandoori dishes are known for their smoky flavour, tender texture, and vibrant red or orange colour, often achieved using spices like turmeric, Paprika, and cayenne pepper.
