Kesari Bath is a sweet delicacy of Karnataka and other southern states of India. It is made from Rava or Sooji as its main ingredient. Sugar, milk, ghee, saffron, and cardamom are also used. Kesari Bath is often a must for weddings and other functions in Karnataka.
Kesari Bath can be garnished with fried raisins and is best when served hot.
Keskül or Keskul refers to a Turkish milk pudding made from coconuts; a milk and almond pudding. Keskül is one of the top milk puddings in Turkey which is cooked with crushed almonds and rice flour. It is considered that Keskül has originated from Mersin, but nowadays, it is very easy to find it all around Turkey.
