Felvágott is the Hungarian word for "cold cuts " (ham, salami, bacon, sausages, etc) . It lierally means "cut up". Fenalår

Fenalår refers to the cured leg of mutton which is one of Norway's unique national speciality.

Mutton is the trademark of Norway's cooking when it comes to meat dishes, although, other meat from the games are also used as a food source. Elk is mostly used in most inland areas and reindeer meat is the specialty of the north of the country.

Fenalar/Fenalår refers to cured and seasoned leg of a lamb. Also, Fenalar refers to the Norway food made of thin strips of mutton that have been salted and wind-dried. Legs of lamb and lamb spareribs may be also prepared and made the same way

Feng / Feng Curry / Curry Feng

Feng or Feng Curry or Curry Feng refers to a spicy Eurasian curry dish containing minced beef or pork; minced pig’s kidney, liver, stomach, tripe and tongue; and various spices. Moreover, Feng is a spicy curry with pig entrails, organs or offals. Feng is traditionally eaten by Eurasians on Christmas and New Year’s Day. It is said that this curry is best eaten a day older, when the meat and the liver soaked up the taste of the curry sauce.

Fermentation

Fermentation is a metabolic process converting sugar to acids, gases and/or alcohol using yeast or bacteria. In its strictest sense, fermentation is the absence of the electron transport chain and takes a reduced carbon source, such as glucose, and makes products like lactic acid or acetate. No oxidative phosphorylation is used, only substrate level phosphorylation, which yields a much lower amount of ATP. Fermentation is also used much more broadly to refer to the bulk growth of microorganisms on a growth medium. The science of fermentation is known as zymology.
