Bublik

Bublik refers to Russian round bread, knot-shaped biscuit, large doughnut made from wheat dough. The wheat dough is boiled at first and then baked to make the Bublik. Likewise, Bublik is a traditional Russian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian , and Polish (obwarzanek) bread roll very similar to bagels; however it is somewhat bigger, has a wider hole and a much denser and chewier texture.

Bublyky is another name for Bublik, an Ukrainian version of bagels. Bublyky are small doughnut-shaped rolls dipped in boiling water before baking to make a chewy crust. In some It is a New Year's specialty in some areas of Ukraine.

Bubur Cha Cha refers to one of Malaysia's popular dessert which is cooked with yam, sweet potatos, bananas, black-eyed beans, red beans, boiled tapioca jelly, sago and coconut milk. It is made fragrant with pandan leaves and can be eaten hot or cold. Bubur Cha Cha is also one of the hawker foods found in Penang.
