Mana Chhoyla

Mana Chhoyla refers to a variety or kind of Chholya that is made from properly boiled and spiced meat. It is made with meat from water buffalo or pork cooked with lots of herbs and spices, namely; trurmeric powder (Haldi ), Fenugreek seeds (Methi), minced garlic, minced ginger, Green onions, cumin, chili powder and salt. Mana Chhoyla is a Newari specialty of Nepal. Mana Chhoyla is also called Manchoyla.

Manapua refers to one of Hawaii's popular snacks. Manapua is a steamed bun filled with Chinese barbecued pork; saimin, a Japanese noodle soup; Malassadas, Portuguese sugared donuts, and Pipikaula, Hawaiian-style jerked beef and other savory fillings. Moreover, Manapua is bready, doughy sphere filled with tasty fillings of sweetened pork or sweet beans. In the early days, a vendor, usually a Chinese man called "Manapua Man" would make his rounds with bamboo containers balanced on a rod over his shoulders selling Manapua. White or Whole-wheat Manapua of today, still contains containing chicken, vegetables, curry, and other savory fillings.

Manchatti also called Manchatty, Meenchatti or simply Chatti is the Malayalam word for the special vessel that the Malayalee use to prepare the fish (meen) curry. Meenchatti literally means Meen means fish and Chatti means vessel in Malayalam and is made from mud which is said to add to the special flavor to Kerala fish curry.
