Linsensuppe

Linsensuppe refers to lentils soup, a popular soup in Germany made of lentils made of vegetables like carrots, leeks, celery as the base of the soup plus fresh herbs and spices to spice it up and the main ingredient is the lentils called Linsenbohne in German.

There are different kinds of Linsenbohnen available in German supermarkets as Linsen is also made into a stew (Linseneintopf) in Germany.

Lipoten

Lipoten also known as Liputen is one of the exotic fruits found in the Philippines.

Lipoten fruits are eaten as is when fully ripe, but with a bit of sour and tart taste Lipoten fruits with a deep purple Color when ripe are also made into wine by the residence who have still access to the Lipoten tree, like those living in one of the provinces of the Philippines which is Laguna, particularly in Liliw, Laguna where I personally saw the fruits being sold on the streets and had a privelege of tasting this exotic fruit which is very new to me.

I am so glad, I did this tour in Liliw, Laguna with my Long lost friend whom I havent seen for almost 30 years and enjoyed with her this exotic fruit which we both tasted for the first time. My friend also enjoyed the wine from the fruit while I enjoyed the fruit as is drizzled with a bit of salt.

Liquid butter

Liquid butter refers to one of Mongolia's dairy products. Liquid butter can be made from the milk of cows, sheep, goats and camels. To make it, fresh milk is poured into an earthen jar or a wooden barrel. This stands at sixty-eight (68) degrees Fahrenheit for 68 hours. The milk, then partially coagulated, becomes light yellow and forms a thick, semi-solid layer, two or three portions of liquid butter to ten portions of milk. The Liquid butter is served with sugar and fried millet, also used in vegetables or tea, and as a spread on bread.

Liquid fat in the food context refers to fats that are in a liquid state at room temperature. List if Common Fruits Found in Malaysia It should be noted that that the Malay name of Fruit is sometimes preceded by Buah which means fruit in Malay, hence, papaya which means "Betik" in Malaysian can be called simply as Betik or Buah Betik. Here is the list: Pineapple - Nanas / Buah Nanas Watermelon - Tembikai / Buah Tembikai Papaya - Betik / Buah Betik Banana - Pisang / Buah Pisang Mango - Mempelam / Buah Mempelam Starfruit - Belimbing / Buah Belimbing Grape - Anggur / Buah Anggur Durian and Rambutan as such and there is no further translations, everybody knows what is Durian. and what is Rambutan, even in Germany, Rambutan is called Rambutan. But I have not seen any Durian around. Manggis is Malay for "mangosteen"
