Artos is the general name for Greek celebration breads (loaves). Artos is available in many varieties which differ in size, shape, color and taste depending on which and what festivity is being celebrated. Each Artos is unique as it is made involving family traditions and all with a history. It is a practice that most homebakers bring their Artos breads to a priest for blessing before donating the breads to the less fortunate.

Arugula is a leafy green Vegetable, also known as Rocket or roquette, that is widely used in salads, sandwiches, and as a garnish. It belongs to the Brassicaceae family, which also includes Broccoli, kale, and mustard greens. Arugula is known for its distinctive peppery, slightly bitter flavour, which adds a fresh and zesty note to dishes.
