Maca refers to an Andean Root; a tuber with many body tonic properties some of which include energy and staminina. Maca is sold wide spread through out Perú in many forms. It is very common to find fresh Maca in its small tuber form.

Minasa refers "Cassava Cookies" , cookies made from cassava flour. It is one of the famous treats from the Province of Bulacan, Philippines. Minasa is among the many well-known manufactured sweet goods in the province of Bulacan, such as Pastillas de leche, Pastillas de yema, Pastillas de ube, Macapuno/Ube Balls, Inipit, Ensaymada, Cassava/Rice cakes, Puto, Kalamay, Suman, among others.
Maikolben is the German word for corn on the cob, corn cob or corncob. Corn on the cobs are usually available in the supermarkets when grill season is already open in Germany. Quite expensive. Some are already available parboiled that it only needs some heating and available in vacumn-packed containers and raw which can be used for grilling purposes.

Molho Carioca refers to Brazilian Carioca Sauce that is traditionally served with the Brazilian meat and bean stew known as Feijoada Completa. Molho Carioca is made from a mixture of macerated very hot chilis, white rum, vinegar or lemon juice and chopped parsley and salt for seasoning. Molho is the Brazilian word for "Sauce".

Mirza Ghasemi refers to Iranian food made of mashed eggplant, squash, garlic, tomatoes and egg, served with bread or rice. This Persian Eggplant Casserole (it is a cross between casserole and a dip) is a popular dish in Iran. Mirza Ghasemi also known as Baademjaan Ghasemi.

Mustamakkara refers to Finnish blood sausage, black pudding. Mustamakkara literally means "black sausage" that is typical to the town of Tampere in southwestern Finland. Mustamakkara sausages are made with pork, pork fat, blood, barley or rye grits and flour, onion and salt. The brownish-black, grainy-textured sausages are boiled and fried, nowadays thrice baked in oven, and served hot with lingonberry jam. Essentially a version of blood sausage, Mustamakkara is a mixture of pig’s blood, crushed rye, flour, and pork that is stuffed into an animal intestine casing. Whether cooked over a fire, in an oven, or in a boiling pot of water, Mustamakkara is almost indefinitely served with a side dish of lingonberry jam. When enjoying the food in Finland, lingonberry jam will almost certainly be something that you will come across.
