Roseupyeonchae

Roseupyeonchae is the Korean term for "Sirloin Strips". Bulgogi which is one of Korea's most famous dishes is made from thinly cut sirloin strips marinated overnight in wine, sesame, soy sauce, and a variety of Korean spices. Other Korean dishes also uses sirloin strips as ingredient.

Rujak refers to a kind of fruit salad from Indonesia with a savory spicy sauce. Another variations of Rujak is with spicy peanut sauce.. Rujak is also the name of Brunei's spiced fruit salad.

Renkon is the Japanese word for "lotus roots". It is also known in as East Indian lotus, It is known in Japanese as Hasu.

The lotus root is a very popular ingredient in many Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese dishes, and it is appreciated for its visual appearance and its crunchy texture.

Rebosado

Rebosado is a culinary term in the Philippines which means battered, cooked with butter or cooked with butter and egg. Camaron Rebosado is actually made of shrimps individually dipped in batter then fried.

Relyeno / Relleno

Relyeno also spelled Relleno refers to one of the traditional dishes from the Philippines. It is a stuffed or filled food. Examples of Relyeno dishes are Relyenong Talong which is grilled eggplant stuffed with ground meat. Relyenong Bangus is made up of milkfish which is deboned and filled by its own meat.
