Sögüs Kelle

Sögüs Kelle refers to Turkish delicacy made of boiled head of sheep which is served cold. With a sharp knife, the meat from the head , including the cheek's meat which remain lean and firm is thinly sliced and flavored or seasoned with salt, onions and parsley, like cold cuts with crisp flavor. Sögüs Kelle is one of the traditional Turkish snacks of sheep's head commonly eaten alongside beer or raki.

Solianka / Solyanka

Solianka which is also known as Solyanka refers to the Russian meat soup made of various ingredients like, cucumber or gherkins, mushrooms, onions and olives, and many other vegetables. Similar to another Russian soup called Rassolnik, Solianka is made on the base of pickle and needs capers, lemons, olives and mushrooms and different kinds of meat. This is a traditional Russian soup that is served as a meal by itself. It is usually served with a garnishing of fresh lemon slices and sour cream, and Vodka. In Lativa, it is a fish soup, usually made from sturgeon fish. Solianka or Solyanka is also called Salianka.

Soljanka also known as Solyanka or Solianka refers to a Russian thick spicy soup containing fish, meat or mushrooms. Pickled cucumbers are used in the dish and also cabbage, cream, dill and mushrooms.
